Crypton Fabrics

How do you elevate a fabric mainly known for its performance?

  • Agency: Lafayette American
Role: Art Direction + Design (Freelance)

When people think of Crypton, performance and durability are top of mind—but I wanted to help shift that perception to include beauty, sophistication, and style.

Leading the art direction for this campaign, I partnered with Lafayette American to craft a multi-channel approach that brought Crypton’s stunning fabrics to life. We developed “Fabrics That Party,” a print and social campaign designed to showcase Crypton’s luxurious yet functional textiles in an environment where real life happens—without worry. The concept was simple: performance fabric and beautiful fabric shouldn’t be mutually exclusive. Because if you’re stressing about stains, is it really a party?

To bring this to life, we designed three custom, immersive scenes filled with floor-to-ceiling Crypton fabric, blending elegance with lived-in warmth. The campaign ran in Elle Decor, Interior Design, Metropolis, and Rue, as well as across Crypton’s social platforms, reinforcing the brand’s position at the intersection of style and function.

Beyond the campaign, I also led the redesign of Crypton’s marketing materials, ensuring their brochures, trade show assets, and print collateral reflected the brand’s commitment to quality, sophistication, and innovation. By establishing a cohesive visual system, we unified Crypton’s messaging, creating a seamless experience across all consumer touchpoints.

This work redefined how Crypton is perceived—not just as a high-performance fabric, but as a design-forward choice for both homeowners and professionals alike.
